Commons Campus Dorms

Millennium Force House - Gatekeeper House - Top Thrill Dragster House - Valravn House - Maverick House - Steel Vengeance House

Maverick and Steel Vengeance House are 24/7 quiet buildings. Obtaining a housing violation of any type may result in immediate removal from the building(s).

Each room houses 2 to 4 males or females with community restroom facilities located on each floor. Each room is furnished with beds, dressers and lockers for personal use. All dorms are equipped with air conditioning and heat.

Laundry facilities and an associate store are located on the Commons Campus. Outdoor grills and picnic tables are located in the courtyard. The Commons Campus Dorms are located within 1 mile of the park and within walking distance of the Associate Recreation Center.

Bayside Campus Apartments

Bayside 700 - 800

Bayside Campus Apartments are reserved for safety, security, and authorized supervisors only.

Please be aware that the Bayside 800 building is currently being remodeled. We expect a delayed opening for the 2022 season. Thank you for your understanding as we adapt to better serve you!

Each apartment contains 2 or 3 bedrooms, restroom, full kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are all multiple occupancy (6 to 9 residents per apartment). Each apartment is furnished with beds, dressers, lamps, chairs, couches, end tables, dining room table with chairs and appliances (stove and refrigerator). The building is equipped with heat throughout the apartment and air conditioning in the living room.

The Bayside Campus is located within 1 mile of the park and within walking distance of the Associate Recreation Center. Laundry facilities are located in each apartment building.

Pipe Creek Campus is reserved for Live Entertainment only.

Each room houses 2 to 4 males or females with restroom facilities located in each room. Each room is furnished with beds, dressers and lockers for personal use. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heat.

The Pipe Creek Campus is located within 1.5 miles of the Park. Laundry facilities are located on campus and long with a small recreation room, full kitchen, and Live Entertainment practice rooms.
