Welcome to Valleyfair and it's Associate Housing, The Commons. Living at The Commons gives you an opportunity for fuller participation in the many activies that Valleyfair has to offer. It's the place for you to meet and interact with interesting people from many different places and cultures. In The Commons, as in any community, it is necessary to establish and enforce a few rules and policies to allow everyone to enjoy a confortable, clean, and safe environment. Be sure to read your Associate Housing Handbook, ask questions when you need to, and follow the instructions of your housing leadership and security personnel.

Associate Housing Mission

To spport business operations across Valleyfair properties by providing temporary, safe, comfortable, well-maintained, and reasonably priced accommodations to eligible associates. We support Valleyfair's vision and purpose by creating an inclusive space where associates feel comfortable to engage with each other and build lifelong social connections, allowing Valleyfair to recruit and retain high-quality, diverse future leaders.

Associate Housing Rates

Rates below are effective January 1, 2022.

Rates may change at any time, with or without notice.

Rent is based on a daily rate and is automatically payroll deducted. Rent includes utilities, basic cable, Wi-Fi, and free laundry machines.

Season Rate:
North Dorm - $7.74/day or $54.18/week
South Dorm - $7.74/day or $54.18/week

Haunt Rate:
All housing during Haunt is FREE!

Please note: all Associate Housing eligibility requirements must be met before moving in.

Other Amenities

Valleyfair is commited to providing a safe and healthy working and living environment for the residents and staff of it's campus. Therefore, Associate Housing is smoke-free and vape-free.

Each building has a common room and kitchen on each floor. There are also free laundry facilities in each building. We provide TVs in each common room. THere is a pool table, volleyball court, basketball court, and soccer field on the campus.

Valleyfair Housing Associates are available throughout the campus to assist you at anytime.
