A mile long beach, 18 thrilling coasters, and a water park call Cedar Point home, and you can, too! Affordable Housing is available onsite for all active associates of the park. Associate Housing privileges are offered to associates that are 18 - 29 years of age, live 30 miles or more from the Park, and are classified as a seasonal associate.
Associate Housing Mission
To support business operations across Cedar Point properties by providing temporary, safe, comfortable, well-maintained, and reasonably priced accommodations to eligible associates. We support Cedar Point’s vision and purpose by creating an inclusive space where associates feel comfortable to engage with each other and build lifelong social connections, allowing Cedar Point to
recruit and retain high quality, diverse future Leaders.
Associate Housing Rates
Rates listed below are effective January 1, 2022.
Rates may change at anytime, with or without notice.
Rent is based on a daily rate and is automatically payroll deducted. Rent includes utilities, basic cable, WiFi, and free laundry machines.
Season Rates
- Commons Campus Dorms: $12.00/day
- Pipe Creek Campus Dorms: $14.00/day
- Centennial Hall: $14.00/day
- Bayside Campus Apartments: $16.00/day
HalloWeekends Rate
All Housing during HalloWeekends is FREE!
Please note: all Associate Housing eligibility requirements must be met before moving in.
Off-Season Rate:
All Housing locations are $10.00 per day.
Other Ammenities
Cedar Point is commited to providing a safe and healthy working and living environment for the residents and staff of its campus, therefore the Associate Housing Campus is smoke-free and vape-free.
An Associate Recreation Center (ARC) is located on the main campus that offers a lounge area with TVs, a variety of game tables, and the Market C store. Sand volleyball, basketball court, and soccer field are also available at the ARC.
Transportation to and from work is provided. In addition, many transportation options are available around the city of Sandusky for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Cedar Point Resident Assistants are available throughout campus to assist you at anytime.
